The incident occurred at 10:19 AM while the car was being collected from Madh Island for a scheduled maintenance appointment.
Abhinav Mishra, who regularly shares glimpses of his daily life and routines with a large audience on YouTube, had arranged for his MG Comet to be picked up in the morning for standard servicing. The vehicle was en route to the Krishiv Automobile facility when it encountered an accident. He said that I will discuss with my seniors about the replacement because he is not authorized to proceed for the replacement. I demanded for the standby vehicle for my daily routine work but they denied for that and offered me two days KTC only.
When I asked them to increase the KTC for the time my matter is not resolved they did not give any commitment, on the way to coming back home we went to police station and informed them about the incidence. Later on Wednesday we will go to the solicitor and proceed for the legal demand if not get any response from the Krishiv auto mobile. I have full intention to spread the awareness about the Service Centre behavior how they treat there valuable customers. This is not the first time they manhandled my car. Every time my car visited the Service Centre it comes with new issue. Once they tear off my car seat, also on another visit they Lost my sun blinder. Mr. Javed shake who is Service Centre CRM Head he treated my wife very badly and threatened us to call the police. Later on the call to the PCR and informed about the behavior to safeguard our presence there, because in that atmosphere we were not feeling safe. I am requesting Morris Garredge India interfere in this matter and help us to provide justice and the replacement of another new vehicle. Family is suffering and my kids become sad as this car we are using to drop them to the school. He explained:
